Yeah, being one of the top 3 Iowa cities for job growth since 2003 is a terrible thing...

I'll be sad to see him go if that's who the Col. is referring to.

Lloyd headed the flalling NEO, the rehab department which only advocates for low income rehabs, he oversaw the misappropriated allocation of CDBG and HOME funds and sells souls for real estate developers. Give me a break, new blood is more then welcomed.

Well misapproprition is mighty stonge language - sorry. Well, what I mean though is sort of that. Check out the millions wasted on the Courtland. What about the millions to JLCS and other programs that have simply attracted poor people here to Davenport and the allocation of tons of funds to low income housing in areas that really have too much.

He was responsible in the Pedcor recommendation, C-stone recs, Courtland, and the bad staff decisions on many other projects like the East Village Night club. He did not listen to the people of Davenport, instead he made recommendations to council which were not in our best interest and he failed to listen.

Misappropriation is mighty strong. Hoarding is not.

Must be nice to have someone to blame for all your prejudices (Pedcor, Cobblestone, Courtland, etc.). He gave the aldermen what they asked for and information needed, to decide.
Ten bosses and ten more would be enough.
I'm amazed anyone wants to work for Davenport, with all the whining, mean-spirited micro-managers here.

YOu have no idea what occured on those projects do you?

Actually I do. I've looked at all the files and documents, and I came to each of them with an open mind. As did Clayton, having to please 11 bosses.

Bush and the Republicans were not protecting us on 9-11, and we aren't a lot safer now. We may be more afraid due to george bush, but are we safer? Being fearful does not necessarily make one safer. Fear can cause people to hide and cower. What do you think? Is killing thousands of innocent civilians okay when you are doing a little government makeover?
What happened to us, people? When did we become such lemmings?
We have lost friends and influenced no one. No wonder most of the world thinks we suck. Thanks to what george bush has done to our country during the past three years, we do!
